Piston are precisely machined by imported CNC machine, fundamentally solved the problems of traditional pneumatic cylinder, like climbing and quivering. Cylinder Barrel was tested by the method of three points positioning procedure, which guarantee the precise dimensions and stable quality. The seals are from PARKER, to ensure the cylinders work stably and safely. DNC Series ISO6431 Cylinder

DNC cylinder is manufactured according to ISO6431 standards, VDMA24562 standards, and DIN24335 standards. It is one of the standard cylinders. There are two type barrels- Square and Mickey Mouse shapes .The bore size from 32mm to 100mm is optional. The cylinder has adopted the U.S. PARK ring seals, which will extend of the life of the cylinder.

SI Series ISO6431 Cylinder

SI cylinder is also one of the standard cylinders. It has Mickey mouse and Tie-rod two types. The bore size is from 32mm to 200mm. We have basic type, double-shaft type, double-shaft and adjustable stroke type etc. The adjustable cushioning in cylinder front and rear end caps, making the cylinder a smooth, safe and noise-free operation. The cylinder front cover has self-lubricating bearings, and the rod without further lubrication.

SC/SU Series Cylinder

SC cylinder is standard Tie-rod cylinder and SU cylinder is X-Type Mickey Mouse Cylinder. The conventional bore from 32mm to 250mm, special bore from 320mm to 600mm. SC/CU Cylinder is the first products since we establish our Airkert factory. From the CNC Machining end covers and piston rod to the comprehensive approach by ultrasonic cleaning machine, from complete the final assembly to strictly testing. We can ensure the excellent quality and stability of the cylinder performance.

ARC Series Mini Cylinder

ARC series mini-cylinder are designed and produced in accordance with ISO6432 international standards and CETOP RP52P standards. The cylinder bore is from 8mm to 40mm, hereinto the cylinder is with air cushion if the bore sizes below 25mm, which make the cylinder, have a smooth operation and extended product life. As to the bore size above 25mm in normal circumstances there is no buffer, if you need the buffer, please point it out.

SM series mini-cylinder normally is with magnet. Bore size 20mm, 25mm, 32mm and 40mm is optional. The normal cushion type is rubber buffering. If need air cushion, please point it out. CJP Series Pin Cylinder normally is single spring extend type cylinder. Compact design result in efficient space-saving installation. There are plating mounting and inside-hiding two fixing types. Male thread or no thread is optional at the rod end. 6mm, 10mm, 15mm is available as bore size. The stroke is from 5mm to 30mm. Double acting is available. The items code should be CJPD.
